ContiUnity® product line
ContiUnity® is a modular product line consisting of three main components: Backbone, Bookcase, and Process Modules. These standardized building blocks can be combined to create a flexible process line that adapts to unique process requirements, making it perfect for various setups and processes.
Our product components
BACKBONE
The Backbone acts as a tie-in point for the Process Modules, whereby the building utilities are distributed to the individual process modules via no spill quick connections. This allows for the hot swap of modules during processing for easy offline maintenance and fast reconfiguration of your process.
BOOKCASE
The Bookcase acts as a physical support for the Process Modules. This allows for a compact setup with three levels. Due to the wheels under the bookcases, a complete section can be disconnected and wheeled away for maximum mobility or replacement with larger Process Modules.
PROCESS MODULES
Zeton has developed multiple pre-validated Process Modules ready to use for various processes. Each module is equipped with a local controller for optimum flexibility and process control and can be coupled to existing DCS systems without complex control configuration.
ACCESSOIRIES
In addition to the Backbone, Bookcase and Process Modules, Zeton also offers complementary products and tools such as an HMI screen, a module lifter and training.
